Solus Flyers Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

At Solus Flyers, every order is custom produced specifically for each customer. Because our products and services are personalized, we encourage all customers to carefully review their order and design proof before providing final approval.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

1. Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and professional door hanger advertising solutions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a fair resolution.

2. Order Cancellation Before Design Approval

You may cancel your order at any time before you approve the final design.

If no design work has begun, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

If design work has already begun, Solus Flyers reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges for completed design services before issuing any refund.

3. Order Cancellation After Final Design Approval

Once you approve the final design, production of your order begins.

After final approval:

• Design services are considered complete.
• Printing may begin immediately.
• Materials may be purchased.
• Distribution scheduling may commence.

Because your order is custom made, cancellations after final approval may not qualify for a refund.

4. Printing Has Started

Once printing has begun, no refunds will be issued for:

• Printing costs
• Design services
• Production expenses
• Custom artwork
• Materials purchased specifically for your order

5. Distribution Has Started

Once distribution has begun, no refunds or credits will be provided for any portion of the completed distribution.

6. Customer Approval of Artwork

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork before granting final approval.

This includes verifying:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Phone numbers
• Addresses
• Email addresses
• Website addresses
• QR codes
• Pricing
• Dates
• Promotional offers
• Images
• Logos

Once final approval has been provided, Solus Flyers is not responsible for errors contained within the approved artwork.

Errors approved by the customer do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

7. Printing Variations

Commercial printing may produce slight variations including:

• Colour differences
• Ink density
• Paper appearance
• Trim alignment
• Image positioning
• Folding or perforation tolerances

These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

8. Delivery & Distribution

Distribution dates are estimates only.

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Weather
• Road closures
• Construction
• Equipment failure
• Labour shortages
• Public emergencies
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Supply chain interruptions
• Government restrictions

Solus Flyers will make reasonable efforts to complete distribution as soon as practical.

9. Properties That Cannot Be Served

For safety, legal, or access reasons, our delivery personnel may be unable to deliver to certain properties, including:

• Locked apartment buildings
• Gated communities without access
• Unsafe properties
• Aggressive animals
• Construction sites
• Vacant or condemned buildings
• Homes with inaccessible entrances
• Locations affected by severe weather or other hazards

These circumstances do not constitute incomplete performance and do not qualify for refunds.

10. Customer-Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for all information supplied to Solus Flyers.

Refunds will not be issued because of customer errors, including:

• Incorrect phone numbers
• Incorrect pricing
• Wrong addresses
• Incorrect websites
• Misspelled names
• Outdated promotions
• Copyright or trademark issues

11. Promotional Discounts

Introductory offers, coupons, loyalty rewards, referral bonuses, and promotional discounts:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred unless specifically authorized.
• May not be replaced if lost or expired.
• May be modified or discontinued without notice.

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Processing times vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

13. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Solus Flyers before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue, Solus Flyers reserves all legal rights to recover any unpaid amounts, associated costs, and reasonable collection expenses where permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solus Flyers' total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Solus Flyers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or anticipated advertising results.

15. Exceptional Circumstances

If Solus Flyers is unable to complete your order due solely to circumstances within our reasonable control and no reasonable alternative solution can be provided, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a full or partial refund;
• Provide a credit toward a future order; or
• Reprint or redistribute your order at no additional cost.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
