Welcome to Solus Flyers. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Solus Flyers

Solus Flyers provides professional door hanger design, printing, and distribution services to businesses, organizations, charities, and individuals throughout Canada.

Our goal is to help businesses connect with residential customers through reliable, targeted, and accountable door hanger advertising.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• Have read and understood these Terms.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Services

Our services may include:

• Door hanger design
• Graphic design revisions
• Printing
• Door hanger distribution
• GPS-tracked delivery (where available)
• Promotional offers
• Partner services
• Distribution reporting
• Customer support

Services may change at any time without notice.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after:

• Required information has been received.
• Payment arrangements have been completed.
• Solus Flyers confirms acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide:

• Accurate contact information.
• Correct business information.
• Final approved artwork.
• Permission to use all submitted logos, photographs, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all submitted content is legally permitted for publication.

6. Design Approval

Before printing begins:

• A digital proof will be provided whenever applicable.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, grammar, pricing, phone numbers, addresses, websites, QR codes, and promotional offers.
• Printing will not begin until approval is received.

Once artwork has been approved, Solus Flyers is not responsible for errors contained within the approved design.

7. Printing Variations

Because commercial printing involves manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur, including:

• Colour
• Brightness
• Paper texture
• Cutting alignment
• Image positioning

These normal industry variations are not considered defects.

8. Distribution

Solus Flyers will make every reasonable effort to distribute door hangers within the agreed service area.

Distribution schedules may change because of:

• Weather
• Road closures
• Safety concerns
• Construction
• Labour availability
• Vehicle issues
• Other events beyond our control

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

9. Delivery Procedures

Door hangers are normally placed securely on the front door or another appropriate location when necessary.

Delivery personnel may skip locations including but not limited to:

• Unsafe properties
• Aggressive animals
• Locked gates
• Apartment buildings with restricted access
• Private roads without permission
• Properties displaying "No Soliciting" or similar notices where applicable
• Homes inaccessible because of weather or hazards

These locations are not considered missed deliveries.

10. GPS Tracking

Where available, delivery personnel may use GPS tracking for accountability and quality assurance.

GPS information remains the property of Solus Flyers.

11. Distribution Quantities

Distribution quantities are estimates based upon available residential addresses.

The total number of homes reached may vary due to:

• New construction
• Vacant properties
• Demolished homes
• Restricted access
• Safety concerns
• Municipal changes

Reasonable variations do not constitute failure to perform.

12. Back Side Advertising

Unless a customer purchases both sides of a door hanger, Solus Flyers reserves the right to place advertising, charity, nonprofit, or community information on the reverse side.

Whenever possible we attempt to avoid placing competing businesses together, however we cannot guarantee exclusivity unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

13. Exclusive Advertising

Exclusive placement within an industry or distribution area is only available if specifically agreed to in writing before printing begins.

14. Payment

Payment may be accepted through approved payment methods including:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• E-Transfer
• Company Cheque
• Other approved payment methods

Orders requiring payment before production will not proceed until payment has been received.

Returned or dishonoured payments may be subject to additional fees.

15. Promotional Offers

From time to time Solus Flyers may offer:

• Introductory discounts
• Coupon promotions
• Loyalty rewards
• Referral incentives
• Seasonal promotions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• Promotions may change or end without notice.
• Additional restrictions may apply.

16. Discount Coupons

Where applicable:

• Coupons are issued according to the promotion in effect at the time of purchase.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one coupon may be used per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
• Lost, stolen, expired, or damaged coupons may not be replaced.
• Solus Flyers reserves the right to verify coupon eligibility.

17. Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order before final design approval and before printing begins.

Once printing has started:

• Printing costs cannot be refunded.
• Design fees already completed may not be refundable.
• Distribution fees may also apply if scheduling has already occurred.

18. Refund Policy

If Solus Flyers cannot provide the purchased service because of reasons solely within our control, a refund or credit may be provided at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Approved artwork errors
• Customer supplied mistakes
• Weather delays
• Delivery schedule adjustments
• Minor printing variations
• Customer change of mind after production begins

19. Acceptable Advertising

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement including but not limited to content that is:

• Illegal
• Misleading
• Fraudulent
• Offensive
• Hateful
• Sexually explicit
• Violent
• Discriminatory
• Defamatory
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights

Acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement by Solus Flyers.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Graphics
• Layouts
• Branding
• Designs
• Text
• Marketing materials

remain the property of Solus Flyers unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied without written permission.

21. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with website operation.
• Upload harmful software.
• Misrepresent themselves.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

22. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites.

Solus Flyers is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solus Flyers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

24. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solus Flyers, its owners, employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or damages arising from:

• Submitted advertising content
• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement
• False or misleading claims
• Violation of applicable laws
• Customer negligence

25. Force Majeure

Solus Flyers shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Fire
• Flood
• Government actions
• Labour disputes
• Transportation interruptions
• Internet outages
• Supply shortages
• Pandemic or public health emergencies

26. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, promotion, or feature at any time without prior notice.

27. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

28. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements relating to your order, constitute the complete agreement between you and Solus Flyers.
