Solus Flyers Payment & Delivery Policy

This Payment & Delivery Policy explains how Solus Flyers accepts payment, processes orders, and delivers its products and services.

1. Order Placement

Orders may be placed through the Solus Flyers website, by telephone, by email, or through another approved ordering method.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Solus Flyers.

2. Payment Requirements

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment in full is required before production of an order begins.

Orders will not proceed to printing or distribution until payment has been received and successfully processed.

For approved customers, alternative payment arrangements may be accepted at the sole discretion of Solus Flyers.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Solus Flyers may accept one or more of the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Electronic Funds Transfer (E-Transfer)
• Company Cheques
• Certified Cheques
• Cash (where accepted)
• Other payment methods approved by Solus Flyers

Payment methods available may change without prior notice.

Returned payments, declined transactions, or dishonoured cheques may result in delays, cancellation of the order, or additional administrative fees where permitted by law.

4. Order Processing

Once payment has been received, Solus Flyers will begin processing the order, which may include:

• Confirming order details;
• Contacting the customer regarding artwork or design requirements;
• Preparing or reviewing artwork;
• Providing a digital proof for approval (where applicable);
• Scheduling printing; and
• Scheduling distribution.

Production timelines begin only after all required information has been received, final artwork has been approved, and payment obligations have been satisfied.

5. Product Delivery

Because Solus Flyers primarily provides custom-printed advertising products and distribution services, "delivery" may include one or more of the following:

Printed Products

Where printed materials are supplied directly to the customer, they may be delivered by:

• Courier;
• Canada Post;
• Commercial freight carrier;
• Local delivery; or
• Customer pickup, where available.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon customer pickup, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Distribution Services

Where Solus Flyers is contracted to distribute door hangers on behalf of the customer, delivery of the service is considered complete once the agreed distribution has been substantially performed within the designated service area.

Distribution may be completed by:

• Solus Flyers employees;
• Independent contractors;
• Authorized delivery partners; or
• Approved franchisees or regional operators.

6. Distribution Schedule

Estimated distribution dates are provided for planning purposes only.

Actual distribution dates may vary due to circumstances including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions;
• Road closures;
• Construction;
• Equipment failure;
• Labour availability;
• Vehicle issues;
• Public emergencies;
• Force majeure events; or
• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Solus Flyers.

Reasonable scheduling adjustments shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Delivery Area

Orders are distributed only within the service area agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Changes to the requested distribution area after production has begun may require additional fees or may not be possible.

8. Delivery Verification

Where available, Solus Flyers may utilize quality assurance measures including:

• GPS route tracking;
• Distribution management software;
• Supervisor audits;
• Spot inspections; or
• Other verification methods.

These measures are intended to improve accountability and service quality but do not guarantee delivery to every individual property.

9. Accessible Properties

Delivery personnel may omit properties that cannot reasonably or safely be accessed, including properties with:

• Locked entrances;
• Controlled-access buildings;
• Aggressive animals;
• Unsafe conditions;
• Active construction;
• Severe weather hazards;
• Physical barriers; or
• Other conditions preventing safe delivery.

Such omissions are considered reasonable exceptions and do not constitute incomplete performance.

10. Shipping Charges

Where physical shipment of printed materials is required, shipping charges, taxes, insurance, and handling fees (if applicable) will be disclosed before the order is finalized unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Taxes

Applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes will be added to the purchase price where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchase.

12. Ownership of Products

Ownership of printed materials transfers to the customer once:

• Full payment has been received; and
• The printed products have been delivered or made available for pickup.

Until payment is received in full, Solus Flyers reserves all rights permitted by applicable law.

13. Delayed Customer Response

If Solus Flyers is unable to proceed because required information, approvals, or artwork has not been provided by the customer, production timelines may be extended accordingly.

Solus Flyers shall not be responsible for delays resulting from the customer's failure to provide requested information in a timely manner.
