Welcome to Solus Flyers. By purchasing our products or services, using our website, submitting an order, or participating in any Solus Flyers promotion, you agree to the following User Agreement and Terms of Service.

Service Agreement
Environmental, Property & Regulatory Conditions
Solus Flyers is committed to completing all distributions as scheduled whenever reasonably possible. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may delay, restrict, or prevent delivery to some properties.
Environmental & Physical Obstacles
Distribution schedules may be affected by:
Severe weather conditions, including rain, high winds, extreme heat, snow, or ice, where continuing distribution could damage advertising materials, create safety concerns, or reduce the quality of delivery.
Locked gates, controlled-access communities, secured apartment buildings, or other restricted-access properties that prevent entry.
Aggressive animals or other safety hazards that place our delivery personnel at risk.
Physical property features such as long driveways, difficult-to-access entrances, steep terrain, or complex multi-unit building layouts that significantly limit or prevent practical delivery.
Legal & Regulatory Restrictions
Solus Flyers will comply with all applicable laws, municipal bylaws, property regulations, and other legal requirements governing door-to-door distribution. Deliveries may be omitted, delayed, or modified where:
Door hanger distribution is prohibited or restricted by municipal bylaws or other applicable regulations.
Property owners, property managers, condominium corporations, homeowner associations (HOAs), or similar governing bodies prohibit or restrict advertising materials.
Business permits, authorizations, or access permissions are unavailable or denied.
Where practical, Solus Flyers will make reasonable efforts to maximize distribution within the contracted service area. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to every individual residence when access, safety, weather, legal, or property restrictions prevent us from doing so. Such circumstances shall not be considered a failure to perform under our service agreement.
